3A molecular sieve

Our company produces 3A molecular sieve, an alkali metal aluminosilicate. The pore size of 3A molecular sieve is 3Å, mainly used for water adsorption. It does not adsorb any molecules larger than 3Å in diameter. It is characterized by fast adsorption speed, multiple regeneration cycles, high crush strength, and anti-pollution capabilities, improving the utilization efficiency and extending the service life of the molecular sieve. It is an essential desiccant in the petroleum and chemical industries for deep drying, refining, and polymerization of gas and liquid phases.

  • I. Product Introduction

    Our company produces 3A molecular sieve, a alkali metal aluminosilicate. The pore size of 3A molecular sieve is 3Å, mainly used for water adsorption, and does not adsorb any molecules with a diameter greater than 3Å. It is characterized by fast adsorption speed , regeneration times, crush resistance and anti-pollution ability, improving the utilization efficiency and extending the service life of the molecular sieve. It is an essential desiccant for deep drying, refining, and polymerization in the petroleum and chemical industry sectors.

      

    II. Main Applications

    3A molecular sieve is widely used in: drying various liquids (such as ethanol); air drying; refrigerant drying; natural gas and methane drying; unsaturated hydrocarbons and cracked gas ethylene acetylene propylene , butadiene drying, etc.

    Storage Conditions

    Indoor storage at room temperature with relative humidity not exceeding 90%, dry, cool, and away from light.

    Implementation Standard

    In accordance with the national standard GB/T 10504-2017 superior product indicators.

    The packaging water content is based on the factory inspection data.
